If you're new here, you may first want to read Hello, the introductory page that contains details on what Netbook Era is all about or you may want to check out the netbook buying guide right away or you may simply want to subscribe to the RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

When Commodore computers were around, I was running around in diapers but from what I was told, they were as hot as an iPod or iPhone today. Anyway, at CES 2009, Commodore netbooks were spotted.

The Commodore F Series netbooks are targeted at consumers while the Commodore J Series are targeted to business professionals. Now, I have no idea why Commodore did not just try to figure out a way to make one great netbook instead of offering two choices in this market that’s getting overcrowded really fast.
